This room has been affectionately named “Andy Ralph” in honour of the co-owner, who project managed the  construction while simultaneously managing a dairy farm. Despite lacking formal training, Andy acquired proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, building, joinery, and tiling, providing invaluable assistance to skilled tradespeople. The impressive aesthetics of the room are a testament to Andy’s expertise and tenacity.

Located on the ground floor, the room is a 34m² generous suite with 4-metre-high ceilings and a spacious walk-in ensuite. A trio of Art Deco Retro lights adorns the space, casting light on the original arched windows, which are a distinctive feature of this lavish room.

To further enhance the elegance of the large ensuite, white chevron tiles have been used on the walls, lending a sophisticated touch to the space. To complete the look, the ensuite is fitted with stylish matte black tapware and shower heads, which offer a luxurious showering experience. These sleek accents add to the luxurious feel of the ensuite and make it a truly indulgent space to relax and unwind.
